To encourage and support emerging talent in the field of food bioscience, Food Bioscience journal proudly presents awards to outstanding oral and poster presenters. These awards aim to build confidence, inspire dedication, and highlight excellence in scientific communication.
Best Oral Presenter Awards (Two)

Best Poster Presenter Awards (Two)
€200 each + Certificate issued by Elsevier
All winners will receive an official certificate recognizing their achievement, presented by Food Bioscience and Elsevier.
Award Eligibility Criteria
The Food Bioscience Journal's Awards are intended to recognize and encourage outstanding contributions from emerging researchers in food science and technology.
To be eligible for consideration, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- The presenter must be a currently enrolled PhD student at the time of abstract submission. OR
- The presenter must be a postdoctoral researcher, research associate, or early-career researcher who has completed their PhD degree within one year preceding the conference date.
In addition:
- The presenter must submit an abstract with complete author and affiliation information.
- The presenter must be registered for TFoSET 2026 and present their work at the conference.
- Only the presenting author will be considered for the award.
- Oral and poster presentations will be evaluated by an expert judging panel based on scientific quality, originality, presentation skills, and overall impact.
- Award recipients will be announced during the closing session of the conference.
The decision of the judging panel will be final.
Special Issues
In association with our conference, Food Bioscience journal is pleased to announce two Special Issues designed to reflect the breadth of expertise and global audience participating in this event. These issues will provide a platform for advancing knowledge and fostering collaboration in key areas of food science:

About Journal
Food Bioscience (2024 Impact Factor – 5.9) is a peer-reviewed journal that aims to provide a forum for recent developments in the field of bio-related food research. The journal focuses on both fundamental and applied research worldwide, with special attention to ethnic and cultural aspects of food bioresearch.
